At Darling Does It, every item is handcrafted in small batches or made to order using professional CNC woodworking methods. Because of this, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with care and fairness.
✔ Non-Personalized Items
You may return non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
unused
in its original condition
in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Items that include:
engraving
custom text
custom dimensions
personalized designs
…are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
This includes:
Custom Engraving variants
Personalized trays, signs, or boards
Made-to-order items with customer-provided names, dates, or text

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
your order number
a description of the issue
clear photos of the product and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
Orders for non-personalized items may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Orders for custom or engraved items cannot be canceled once production has started.

Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
